Ideal industries are Aesthetics, Dental, MedSpa, Surgical Centers, Dialysis Clinics, or related multisite/state clinical organizations. - Must have a proven track record of setting up HR infrastructure for scale including: Systems, HR Team, Operating Procedures, Benefits, Compensation. - 15-20 years of experience in Human Resources - REMOTE, but need to be based in PST, MST, or CST.
